Finnish local governments (cities/municipalities) can apply for funding from the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities for the implementation of co-operation with a southern local government. They can apply for an average of 100,000 euro per year for the implementation and a maximum of 20,000 euro for the planning of co-operation.
